A complete waste of time, went on 3 rounds of interviews and was told they promoted an internal candidate. The questions had nothing to do with my skill set or experience. The interviewers acted like they didn’t want to be there. Not sure why they interview external candidates when they have an internal candidate lined up for the position. I hope people shop at small local restaurants instead of these crappy national chains.
