I had three interviews or conversations in total, my initial interview was with a build /project manager which was specific to the job I was applying for, then my second was with a Director, and my final conversation was with another Director who is now my boss. The first two interviews were interviews and the third conversation was more to figure out where I'd be placed in the business.
