The process was long with multiple interviews and “homework” tasks. The multiple interviews was time consuming and all conducted via zoom. The homework task was not difficult but unnecessary for someone with experience.

I really appreciated that they kept in contact with me from receipt of my resume to the job offer. The interview process was very thorough. It was a multi-stage process that to me shows they are serious about selecting the right candidate. The final step in the interview process was a virtual job fair that was very well organized and allowed me to ask questions of Sr. Managers as well as conduct 1:1 interviews with the Hiring Manager and Sr. Staff so I could get a could sense of day to day operations.
