If profile shortlisted, 3 rounds- assignment discussion (if they select it), business problem/case study (it was based on Excel conducted by one of the co-founders), HR round which was conducted by another co-founder. Great experience! The HR, Kamalesh Sir is very professional & humble and so were Ajay Sir (who conducted the Excel round) Even though I was getting stuck in problem solving, still he very patiently took me around it and literally spent ~40 minutes discussing the possibilities & solutions for a simple problem that only needed few minutes (the reason why I didn't get selected :P) even though I remember him running late for a meeting. They all were positive & also made sure to communicate back in time to give the feedback that really helped me in realising and rectifying the mistake. Kudos to such great team! I would always be looking forward to joining their team in future even if I be working in an MNC & I'm sure this startup would expand sucessfully in all terms if it's led by such humble, hardworking employees who create a healthy work culture.
