Had two rounds over cisco webex. Was invited onsite. The first thing they say to me "We invited you here to test your commitment! Whether you would come all the way here to Norwalk for this job!" This says a lot about the company culture. As a candidate I would like to feel that I was invited for an onsite because they think I am a worthy candidate and they want to have a face to face discussion, but not to test my commitment , making me travel 400 miles with a 200$ allowance. I won't recommend this company to a person who respects himself/herself. Interview was fairly easy. No communication about the final decision. It's been 1.5 months. No courtesy even to reply to the follow up email. I have started a job already!!
