The interview procces was a bit messy and informal. I got a email to discuss about the job details and procces in a teams meeting in the next 10 minutes. Call was good, recrutier was gentle and clear, he told me the procces consisted about one technical assesment and another interview with the Senior Director for behavioural questions. I completed the technical assesment and got a message from the recrutier the next days form a meeting with the Senior Director. I got into the meeting, and the interviwer never appeared, I've never experienced something like that. The next days the recrutier send me messages on whatsapp and started calling me at 7 am (i was sleeping). Once I woke up, I talk to the recruiter to talk about the situation and apologize for the incovenient, he rescheduled the meeting with the Senior Director and guess what. I got into he meeting and the recruiter was not there, there was two different recruiters, and randomly it turn out into a technical interview where they sended me a python tecnical case, I was dissapointed but finished the assesment, he recruiter just copy my code and finished the interview. After all that I never got a response, just silence.
