Had 2 interviews, with HR and a manager. Nice people. Can't say there were any difficult questions, just a little bit strange ones sometimes. Wonder, who they are looking for - because vacancy is stll open a month later.

I had three online interviews and a test over the course of about three weeks. The first interview was with a recruiter, she was very nice, the questions were standard: tell us about yourself, about your experience and where do you see yourself in two years. The second interview was with the manager and also left a favorable impression. He asked both technical and general questions. Then there was the online culture fit test, which had a lot of weird questions, like do I like philosophical conversations, do I think art is important, and have I ever had to lie to save other people's feelings. At the end there was a series of interviews with three team leaders. One seemed like a snob to me, the second one was a nice guy, and the third one was normal in terms of communication, but during the interview he was constantly drinking a 0.7 liter glass bottle - I don’t know what was in it, but it looked strange. The questions in these interviews were mostly technical. After all the stages, I waited for an answer (with a refusal) for another four whole weeks, every day of which I burned with anxiety mixed with hope, and this long wait crossed out all the positive moments that were in the process of all the interviews.
