I had a phone interview initially, then a second interview with 2 Are VPs. The phone interview was actually a bit more challenging. I received the call without any prior notice, and the interviewer (who was the HR VP at the time), asked if I had a few minutes. Fortunately I was prepared anyway so it went well. At the close of the phone conversation, he offered to fly me to Richmond to have a face to face interview, and it went from there.
