I had spoken with 2 different members of HR who reached out to me and then set up an hour call with the hiring manager. After that I had hour long in person interviews with 3 team members and hour long phone interviews with another 3. I did not end up getting an offer and did not get additional feedback as to what went wrong besides it was a difficult decision which was surprising because I had expected to get an offer.
