3 rounds of interviews over Zoom. Round 1 was with the hiring manager and it was a casual conversation about getting to know me and understanding the role's requirements. Round 2 was with the hiring manager's boss and was also a casual touchpoint on getting to know each other. Round 3 was with the department's HR Business Partner and was the one that felt like an actual interview with STAR questions.
