I applied online and received a reply invitation to an assessment center within 3 months, with no online psychometric test. The interview day consisted of a factory tour followed by two group challenges one having a presentation to make within your team about the design of a tour to support a tangerine. There was an interview about myself, pulling my CV apart which was relatively normal.
