One of the most efficient interview processes I have ever been a part of. I applied through an on-campus career fair and was offered an interview. The interview was two part with the second part being contingent on passing the first. The interview itself was good. After a week I was offered the position.

I was interviewed after applying online. Cummins held an information session the day before the interview. The interview was mostly a behavioral assessment, but the interviewer also wanted to see some technical competence.

I apply through conference, the hiring process was very fast, I got my interview on a Saturday and the offer on Monday. My experience with the recruiting team from Cummins was very friendly and helpful. They gave me a lot of tips of how to work my resume and on the career fair if you do what they ask you, its a guarantee that you will get the interview
