I was interviewed at Cummins, Darlington. Day began with previous year graduate scheme trainees giving an introduction to Cummins and its products. First round was technical presentation. The given topic was 'Engineering'. Second round was a group task which would test your presence of mind and persuasiveness. Third round was technical HR in which two HR would ask a minimum of seventy questions most of which would be repetitive.
