My interview experience was disappointing due to the lack of professionalism in the process. Although the interview panel was conducting the interview remotely from different locations, candidates were still required to travel to the Bhubaneswar office and attend the interview using the company's office laptop. This defeated the purpose of having an online interview and resulted in unnecessary travel, time, and effort for candidates. A fully remote interview could have been conducted just as effectively. The overall process felt poorly planned and did not reflect a candidate-friendly hiring experience. I hope the company reviews its interview process and adopts a more practical and efficient approach for future candidates.
