Weird process or lack of one! HR doesnt bother to screen you which puts you in a weird position. You dont even know what kind of interview will it be. The manager I spoke to felt like she had a train to catch and was desperate to keep the phone since the moment she called! Was asked 2 questions - that is all. Towards the end we had one of those awkward silences after a weird date where you both have absolutely nothing to talk about! Recruiters should really stop wasting a candidates time (and their own) by interviewing like this! Dont think I will be called back and but just in case I am, I am going to say a no to even other interview rounds!
