Applied online and then had to complete an online test. Received an email from the store manager regarding a phone interview which was around 4 minutes long. Was then invited for a 'group interview' which was more like a 1-1 interview. 1-1 was very easy and had a chance to speak to staff on the shop floor.

I was asked general questions about my work experience, communication skills, and availability. After I had to demonstrate my sales skills by pretending to sell a TV to the person interviewing me. The process wasn't too difficult and the interview was very relaxed.
First initial phone call, standard interview where they asked questions on motivations
then second interview role-playing of a selling of a television, then once again motivational questions asked again but it was easier
