You will be invited to a group video meeting where you get to introduce yourself. You then get split into groups where they give you an activity to see how you work in teams and how you problem solve. They then call you for an individual meeting to go through any questions you may have or they have. After that you're put on a 2 weeks training if successful. The training is paid.
