Poorly planned and managed. First, HR used other candidate's name to address me in the Skype interview invitation email. Second, HR got the interview day wrong. Third, the interview was delayed for 1.5 hrs without proper prior notification, describe it in the email as " a slight delay" Forth, lack of professionalism. Interviewer were distracted by other tasks on her computer and there were other colleagues walking around in front of the camera. Fifth, interviewer gave me an attitude during the entire interview process which lasted less than 10 minutes.
