Interview process was great. There are 2-3 rounds that you go through, as well as assessments, which are my biggest complaint. Otherwise the interviewees made it a great experience.

Had a brief call with the recruiter and then was sent a 60 min test. Test was math and word problems, and the third section asked almost all questions related to various Marketing tools (Asked about youtube data analytics, email campaigns, Google Marketing Products). Was not selected and when I asked for feedback was told that "Unfortunately any direct feedback is proprietary information of DISH".
