I was required to take a total of three competency tests. Watson Glaser was one of the tests. I then had to participate in a one on one with the team supervisor. I was asked basic questions related to LTE systems. One take home assignment related to LTE parameters was given

The hiring process was so confusing, I did received an email from HR to choose the interview schedule (hour and day) in her given calendar, so I go ahead and did it. The following day, I received an email that they made several attempts to contact me and have been unable to reach me, so therefore I have been removed from consideration. Then upon checking the application portal my status changed from "Application in process" to Withdrawal by Candidates so I email the HR personnel that I just filled-in the schedule for interview and I am still interested. BUT I NEVER HEARD ANY ACKNOWLEDGEMENT from her, so I thought, I wont get any interview. And to my surprise I got a call from her on the schedule date I filled in. And I am not ready because I never got any acknowledgement from her. I didnt make preparations and I am doing something else that time. So in short, she easily dump a second after the interview. SO UNPROFFESSIONAL!
