There is gd and later on 2 interviews. Communication skills doesn't matter much for then they want a person who can manage people and they also want people for particular location who knows local language.

Smooth it was as per my experience and the management was good as per the discussion of telephone round and face to face interview which happened in corporate office at my time

They just asking about family background process of interview is not good

don't know the values of Employee or students.. so i suggest don't go for walk in interview for DTDC they just making fun of candidate
