I was approached through a recruitment agency. In the initial phase I had to pass two tests one in Excel skills and the other one in Accounting skills, both were provided by the agency( I scored 17/30 in excel and 26/26). After passing these tests I was provided by a Financial accounting test designed by the DXC people, this test was quite tough with MCQs ranging from simple VAT entries to consolidation entries, there I scored 28/33. Finally, I was invited by DXC for an interview at their beautiful locality at Pikrtova, Prague 4. I was interviewed by two people, both of them were really nice and conducted the interview in a very friendly manner. I did my MSc in accounting in Norwegian language so sometimes I struggled with finding appropriate terminologies in English but they were very patient and facilitated me to express my opinion correctly.
