I found opening for mainframe developer via linkedIn. Applied for the job and got a call to set up an interview on my preferred date n time. It was WFH at DXC right now (as of May 2023) and interview was on teams video call. First round was conducted by Lead and then manager joined the same call after 30 mins. Overall it was a good experience. I got selected and was asked to create a profile on workday. As soon as u accept the offer , a spot is allocated to you who helps you throughout onboarding. I found a delayed response when I wanted to speak to my hiring manager after selection- the only negative point in the onboarding journey
