The recruitment process included an initial interview with the recruitment team, a 30 minutes interview with the line manager and another task, a huge task with a deadline of 3 days and 1 hour interview to discuss the task. I arrived at the end of the process and I was offered the role. Once I accepted, I was ghosted for 3 weeks with no news and empty promises that the contract would follow. I contacted the line manager's boss (as the manager also disappeared) and she told me that she was not even informed that I was offered and accepted the role. Another 2 weeks passed and this person informs me she is leaving the company and to follow my guts feelings whether to join this company. Finally, the contract arrives and I ask to meet this person's boss as I needed more clarification. She didn't show up to the call and I did not accept the offer. The behaviour and the overall candidate experience has been awful. A complete waste of time for me to even consider such an unreliable company like this one. Do NOT recommend. FYI - The role was posted by DXC Technology but it was for Velonetic, one of their joint companies.
