DaVita calls this position a "People Services Coordinator". The first round was a 30 minute phone interview with a Human Resources teammate. The second round was another phone interview with the Manager of the Human Resources Team. The third round, I met for a face-to-face interview at DaVita in DeLand. The interview was split into 4 separate meetings lasting a total of 2.5 hours. First I met with two members of the HR team, then the Accounting Manager, then the Previous People Services Manager and finally the HR Director. The next step was to come back and meet face-to-face with the HR Manager as she was on vacation at the time. Up to that point the interview process was wonderful and professional. Two weeks go by with no word from DaVita until I received an automated email stating the position was cancelled. I was disappointed that I did not hear from the HR team directly as I went through three rounds of interviews with them and was all but promised I would be scheduled for a final interview. I found that to be very unprofessional and would not recommend applying with them in the future.
