Over the phone interview w/ the recruiter, then an in person or zoom call w/ the FA, then if they like you they invite you to the facility to shadow. Immediate job offer right after and background check took at least 2 weeks to come back

The interview process for DaVita is very smooth. They are really good with communication and keeping you updated with the new information. Very thorough and set all expectations. Shani was very energetic and made me feel comfortable.

The interview were asked me one time I went above and beyond to help a patient.
My interview process included a panel interview and a 1-1 interview with the clinic directors from different davita locations. It was an easy interview and they're always hiring. They asked very simple questions like why I wanted to work in dialysis.
