(scheduling phone interview on some other day and team member is calling me on some another day). Cleared all around and waited for Hr call, but she never called me. Even when I called her back she said she will be able to give a 10% hike on my salary. Even though I had shared my expected CTC which she had agreed to it. Some company needs to understand, if they don't want to hire, then please don't waste the candidate's time. As they show what is the reputation of your company. And please hire some good HR for your company.
