I applied one summer through the online system. Got an interview in late fall. Invited to 2nd interview that same month. I was offered the job but did not get to start until February since it was a Board Approved position. Fortunately I had a job and waiting until January to let my employer know I was leaving. 1st interview was a panel of 4 persons, each taking turns asking questions. 2nd interview was the direct supervisor and another person. Didn't really ask questions as they had decided I was the perfect fit.

Easy application process, very smooth, detailed and good communication. Application online, first interview was one way interview via sparkhire (recorded answers to 5 questions) and then in person interview which was well organized.
