Biggest challenge in the process for all positions is getting your resume through the filters and into the hands of the hiring managers. Editing is not allowed, once submitted. Be VERY careful to include (awkwardly is okay) ALL the relevant terms from the job description in your work and educational experience, especially if not in your current resume in those specific terms. Otherwise, even if invited to participate, the hiring managers will never see it, since they can only accept resumes forwarded by the system or something.
