Had an 45 min phone interview pretty much going over my resume and why I would be a good fit for the position. After that initial phone interview I was scheduled a meeting with the Director of the regional building and interviewed with them and did an actual walk around. Two days later I was offered the position.

I have applied on line. The first step was resume screening. If they like you, they will call you for the next step which is the Cognitive test. This test will held in their corporate office. I find the question was not that hard but the most hard thing was time management. And they called us for one to knr interview. Asked some questions then after few days they let me know i wasn't able to go to the next round.
