The interview process was quite straightforward. There were 3 rounds. First one was the technical round with the CTO, where I was asked about my previous work and experience along with a live coding challenge. The second round was with the culture team to understand my learning process and core values where my questions regarding the role and responsibilities were also taken up. The third round was with the CEO, where we had a long chat about what the company has to offer, vice versa. The process was quick, on schedule and the HR was constantly in touch to inform about the next steps.
