Phone screening by HR person followed by in-person interview at the plant by the managers. It was a straight forward and smooth process. Expectations were clear and managers were upfront about what to expect. HR person was helpful and responsive to all my follow up questions.

They asked general questions like every other interview. Situational questions based on what you will do on the job. Questions about certain things on the resume and whether or not they are relevant to the job.
