One on one with Plant Manager staff. Each member of the plant manager's staff spends about 15 minutes asking general questions. There were about 5 different people that came in. Hiring manager came in about the middle

General knowledge and specific resume questions. Controller asks finance questions and excel sorting pivot table, pivot chart details, safety asks safety, quality asks quality, HR asks HR, Manager asks about situational leadership
Good process and corporate wants to definitely want to move dart into the 21st century. Easy process overall a great experience would recommend. Lot of room for advancement if you work hard.
