I was a fresh grad and looking for a job. I went through three interviews. The first one was a simple phone screening by the HR, basically to check your English and that you understand Object-Oriented Programming. Then I was told that I had to go through a Career Day, which unlike other companies, are invitations only. At this stage, 20 people went on the Career Day. After simple ice-breaking session, we were split into five groups and given a real case of supply chain problems. We were asked to create an UI and how to optimize the planning, in 1.5 hours. WE then presented our cases to Quintiq employees which would then assess our presentation skills, as well as our understandings. The Career Day then progressed to the Skills Test, where our knowledge of OOP is tested in 20 MCQs and 2 subjective questions. As long as you're confident with your OOP skills, you do not have to worry about this test. Just make sure a couple days before the test you start revising your fundamentals in OOP. The last test is an one-on-one interview with one of the directors. Beforehand, you will be given a case study to read, usually a week or two before the interview. You're supposed to come out with any findings that you have, and present it to the director. You then are required to program in their own language, QUILL, to solve the case study. Again, you do not have to worry about QUILL and their own IDE, you just need to have good understanding of OOP, and the rest are fine.I quite enjoyed this part of recruitment, because it is challenging and exciting, as well as I get to know Quintiq more from one of the leaders. The day after the interview, I was offered the position and happily accept it.

Initial touch point call followed by a 20 to 30 minutes discussion with a Solution Architect with relatively non-technical questions compared to what you might expect in the software industry.
