Not sure if they ever intended to fill the position. First question asked by the interviewer is about how I lacked a skill which is even not listed on the JD at all, despite I ticked 80% of the boxes for the role. Felt like an interrogation and the way the interviewers asked questions were not clear. They would mumble a few unrelated sentences and end with an irrelevant question. It was then rushed to an early end even though I answered the questions relatively well. It felt like they were unwillingly tasked to conduct an interview for a position they never intend to fill, maybe just gathering market info.

Long drawn out process that seemingly would never end. I hope this is not how they treat everyone especially employee references. Scheduling itself was also very difficult with the team at Dassault.
