I was contacted by the HR Manager and was offered to take an English proficiency interview through Skype. The English interview was quite rigorous and assessed my skills fairly. After the successful English interview, I was offered to take part in the technical interview at the company's office. The technical interview was held in the meeting room of the company but through Skype, because the company's technical expert works in another office. During this meeting, the HR Manager told all the formal details about the job and during the technical part I learned a lot about the company from its employee who has worked here for quite a while. The interviewers were friendly and constructive and the process went quite well. After a few days I received an offer to join the company and after some negotiation I accepted it.

Entrevista
It was quite fast, according how big company is. DataArt was not very fast in decision making according my appliance to this position. I had to ask them to make decision faster, because I've got good offers from others companies much faster.
Overall, technical interview was a pleasure. English language interview gave me good vision on my strong and weak sides. So, it was quite nice experience.

English speak test - Technical Interview - Final Interview. After each step, DataArt provided a feedback. I passed the English speak test the second time. All stages of the interviews took place in a friendly atmosphere.

Entrevista
The very first step is an English interview. Communication and language skills were tested within it. It was nice to talk and learn something about communication skills of myself.
The next step is a technical interview. At the very beginning I've had a small talk with HR managers. They gave me most relevant information about company and opportunities it gives. After that was a technical interview. It took more than 2 hours in a row and was extremely interesting. We have shared experience and discussed most interesting projects. I've had to answer some optimization, technology and architecture connected questions.
I've had yet another technical interview that was connected with a particular project. It contained much more technical details and technology-related questions.
In addition, there was a technical task that I've done. It was not too complicated web application. I've had to show that I am able to use the technologies stack I am applying for.
