The whole process was divided into two stages, the first one is interview in English (via mobile phone) with one of DataArt English teachers (it took approximately 15 mins); the second one is technical interview with one of DataArt specialists (usually it goes in their office, but as I was in other city, they agreed to do it via skype), it took about 1 hour.
