Overall an archaic interview experience, not a progressive employer going by the interview experience. The delivery part was easy enough to answer but I get a feeling that it was a sham interview when they had already identified a candidate. How else can someone fill the position within 2 days of my interviewing when other employers in the market are struggling for months to fill the senior positions.
