I applied online and they was call after some time to come for a short viva. They asked about a few questions about python, Django framework and told about their benefits and conditions.

Entrevista
It was more like a technical interview. They will give you different scenarios and ask you questions based on that. They will judge your IQ with analytical questions as well.
