I applied online and after 3 days i got a mail about the group interview. The interview is for 2 hours. We sit in a 4 or 5 people in group. First we introduce each other in the group. Then the interviewer ask everyone one by one tell which job they applied online and for which makeup cosmetics they would like to work with. The interviewer gave presentation about history of comapny. Then she gave few scenarios about customer service which we had to discuss with group memebers and then one on one interview for about 5 mintues maximums. They told us we will get call if you are select otherwise we’ll get email if unsuccessful. They were 2 girls who knew the interviewer she whispered something to them when the interview was gonna start. My interview went really well but still i didnt get selected.
