I had a screening call with the HR department, did not hear back for two weeks, had an interview with two emplyees that were on the team, had a final interview with head of the department, then got the offer. In total, the process took about a month and a half to two months.

Phone screening, followed by interview with me and two employees, each from different teams that were hiring. Interviews were each 30-35 minutes long. Interviewer were pleasant but feedback from human resources seemed to take a while.
