The interview process is structured and professional, involving HR screening, a technical assessment, and panel interviews focusing on problem-solving, SQL, and client communication skills. The interviews are pretty much easy and basic sql skills needed.

Professional background and what makes me a good candidate.
The whole interview process was well structured throughout. First I got a call from HR where I was asked some basic questions and the HR person then scheduled the interview. The interview itself lasted about 45 mins whereby I was asked some basic interview questions and some technical ones

Entrevista
It consisted on human resources' questions about yourself: your career, your education, etc. They ask you questions for example, what happened when you had to deal with a difficult client, etc. There were barely any sql questions so overall it was a nice interview.
