I met the company over a career fair and after a couple of email exchanges was able to interview 1:1 with the associate and with HR. My overall recruitment process was smooth and enjoyable. Tess from HR was very communicative throughout the process, ensuring that I got to know more about the company.

Entrevista
Technical test of some basic concepts of structural engineering including a section to prove the English level, after that they made you a technical interview with some of the structural leaders.

Entrevista
The interview was easy, everything flowed well.
They never called me to give me any update on the job application.
I had to write to them and they told me that I was not chosen.
I have about 90% of the qualifications needed for the position they were offering.
The reasons why I believe they did not call me were the following:
1)I asked them for a reasonable salary for my years of experience, but this company, according to their ads (Indeed and LinkedIn), pays very lower salaries in the current engineering market (they want to pay a mid level $75,000) in cities where the cost of living is expensive.
2) I wear earrings, I think they don't like having a person like that in their company (I have been in many other companies and this has never been a problem)
Avoid these type of companies, they are a huge red flag for the professional growth of any engineer.
