A few months after I applied online I got an email for a phone interview. The call was with two others. It was very laid back, there was casual conversation, and then about twenty questions on project management / construction management. The questions came one after another, kind of in rapid fire, but they were pretty basic if you've done any construction coordination. I found out once I got the job that everyone was asked the same questions, which were scored, and the highest score was offered the job.

The interview with Defence Construction Canada/Construction de Défense Canada was a good experience, the whole process lasted about one hour long, with two interviewers and it was done virtually. there was a second and a third interview as well
