Colloquio con HR, competente e piacevole. Seria nel presentare proposta lavorativa e grandi capacità di ascolto. Non è stata una proposta che ho voluto continuare perchè non si richiedevano competenze di livello medio-alto, che era quello che cercavo io.

I had 2 interviews, 1 with a recruiter and 1 with the Hiring Manager. For the second interview they asked me to prepare a case study, which I discussed during the 2nd interview, which apparently went good (I had positive comment) There were 3 recruiters involved in the process and no one of them ever provided a feedback (positive or negative). I emailed one of them a week after the interview and she answered saying she didn't remember for which position I've applied. After that, even if I asked twice no one ever answered to my feedback request, so they actually ghosted me without any reason. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and I would not recommend to anyone to apply or at this point to even work there, if they can't treat candidates respectfully, imaging employees.
