After about 3 days after my online application I got a email telling me to call to speak with a recruiter, I did so and was asked about 3 simple questions about how I handle stress and give a time where I had to think quickly , then I was told that I passed the phone interview and my info would be passed onto the HR department, being that I've applied for delta since 2010 and also heard the same thing but was never picked for the job I thought they were lying, so about a week later I got a phone call saying that I have an appt with them for that following monday, I went to the interview it was a group of about 15 people they asked us our names and why delta, then we were individually called into a room with a recruiter and was asked about 5 simple questions, I was told that I was hired and I stayed to do paper work, a quick physical test, finger printing , then was told I had 48hrs to go to JFK To do my drug test and that was it!
