You are given the question then a video is played with a crew member again asking the same question. You have a lot of time to gather your thoughts so take your time. Before taking the video interview I wrote down all the questions prior candidates said was asked and prepared my answers from prior work experiences and situations. That's why there is no straight forward answer. It comes from your personal experience.
Name a time you took initiative/action without waiting for direction/supervisor?what actions did you take? What were the results?
Tell us of a time when you worked on a team with someone who did not do his or her share of the work. What actions did you take? What were the results?

I am currently in the interview process for the FA position and have reached the ODV part of it. Most of the questions are expierenced based, so I would recommend just thinking of the times you have exceeded the customer service baseline before hand.
