The interview process was pretty simple, I had to take a mechanical aptitude test and answer some behavioral questions. I passed that and just interviewed today, I did a self presentation, was asked 5 technical questions. 1. Describe a time you had a disagreement with management and what you did about it? 2. Describe a time you had to change priorities to focus on another task. 3. Describe a time you and your team had to work together to complete a task. 4. Describe a time where you saw someone committing a safety violation. 5. Describe a time you had came across something you didn’t understand and what did you do? I think it went well, I’ll know within a week or 2

S.T.A.R interview. Typically are 5 situational questions. You will sit with two managers for the interview and they will be recording your answers the whole time. Stick to the script and answer the questions in the STAR format.
