I was selected from a pool of candidates that applied through the Universities' job placement department. I was one of three interviewees for two positions. Was later contacted about an interview. It included four aptitude tests, three of which were timed followed by a formal interview with random technical knowledge questions. The timed tests were of the type you must work extremely fast to even finish. I was contacted about a week later about being offered the position.
