Long and tedious. Very competitive to get an interview. You really need someone on the inside advocating for you. Delta's interest is about your personality, work attendance, customer service skills, ethics, and team effort.

Testing, Interview and then a Physical. Knowledge testing on aviation skills, FARs and situations. Interview is straight forward at Delta and non-confrontational. Pilot and HR are present. FAA type physical to verify health and qualifications.

Shown an Instrument Approach Procedure and asked to discuss how I would brief the approach and how I would fly it. Asked situational questions about working with other pilots and flight attendants.

it was very easy. i dont really remember what they asked but as long as you are prepared and you are really passionate about it you will get accepted. So overall, it was perfect
